Escrow Closings:
Below is a list of items that you will need before your appointment
to sign the papers.
Cashiers
Check....Get a cashiers check or certified check issued by
a
lending institution payable to Heartland Title in the amount
indicated to
you by your escrow officer.
Identification...There
are several acceptable forms of identification which
may be used during the escrow processing, these are....a current
drivers
license, passport of State issued Department or Motor Vehicles
ID card.
Lender's Requirements: Please make sure you have satisfied your
lenders requirements prior to coming to the closing table to sign the
papers. Fire & Hazard Insurance...You must have this insurance in
place prior to closing. Vesting for Title.....Decide how you would like
to hold title to your property. You may wish to consult with an attorney,
accountant or other qualified individual to assist you in that decision.
